Great location and spacious room setup
I really enjoyed my stay! The room was spacious with a great layout, perfect for traveling with my family. I appreciated having a kitchenette, which made meal prep easy. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to visit. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired, especially in the kitchen area.

great access to downtown parks and attractions within walking distance
I stayed here for 2 nights and found the hotel neat and clean. Everything is within easy walking distance like the Nebraska State Capitol and Lincoln Children's Museum, making my city adventures super enjoyable. however, my room did have a lingering smell of smoke, but it didn't overshadow my overall experience.

The staff at Townhouse Extended Stay were super friendly and accommodating right from the start. The room setup was nice since it had a kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare late-night snacks. I also loved that the location was just a few blocks from my work, so I could walk instead of drive. While the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, the kitchenette needed some serious cleaning. It was grimy with leftover food stuck on the microwave and dirty dishes. The decor felt outdated, and I noticed tape on the floor of the room fixing some damage. An early check-in fee of $35 felt a bit excessive after a long drive, which was disappointing. Parking wasn't an issue, but I often saw people loitering outside, making me a bit uncomfortable. Overall, there are areas that need attention, especially cleanliness, but the friendly staff and location were definite highlights.

If you're hunting for delightful food, check out La Mexicana for street tacos that hit the spot! I also appreciated the room setup with a kitchenette — perfect for whipping up midnight snacks. Plus, the speedy check-in was a breeze!
But the vibes were off with dirty kitchen appliances and the air conditioner barely pulling its weight. I felt a bit shortchanged when hit with that $35 early check-in fee after driving all night!

Super convenient when everywhere else was booked. Loved the separate sleeping areas and it was easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze!
My luggage feels like it was more welcome than me—an elevator ride and a broken button? Great fun!

We had a great time staying with friends! We visited the local zoo and explored the vibrant downtown area. The location was convenient, and the free parking was a big plus. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was spacious enough for our group. Overall, a solid choice for budget travelers!
One downside was the cleanliness. some of the cutlery and dishes were dirty when we arrived, which was a letdown.
